Nothing is lost.
When you reach 30 documents in a month, new rows are marked Paused instead of failing. When the count resets on the first of the month, click Retry failed rows and they are made. Pro removes the monthly cap.
When will Pro be ready?
We have not set a date yet. Waitlist members hear first, by email.
Will I be charged when I join the waitlist?
No. Joining only saves your email address. You choose whether to buy when Pro opens.
What does the founding member offer include?
Pro for $29 a year instead of $59, for our first 100 customers. The price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active.
What counts as a document?
Each row made into a Doc, a PDF, or both counts as one document. Failed rows do not count.
Who is Team for?
Offices and schools where up to 5 people on one Google Workspace domain use MergeHop, with one bill. Extra users are $39 a year each.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
